ML Research Intern

About the role

A paid ML Research Internship for someone early in their career who wants to work on real models, not toy problems. You'll be paired with a senior researcher and ship something that matters.

What you'll do

• Run experiments on fine-tuning, evaluation or inference efficiency.
• Build and curate evaluation datasets.
• Read the literature and turn the good ideas into prototypes.
• Present your findings to the team.

Why it matters

We're small enough that an intern's good idea can ship. This is a real seat, not a coffee run.

What we're looking for

• Currently studying or recently graduated in CS, ML or a related field.
• Solid Python and a working understanding of deep learning.
• Curiosity and the persistence to debug a training run at 1 a.m.
• Clear written communication.

Nice to have

• A side project, paper or open-source contribution involving ML.
• Familiarity with PyTorch and Hugging Face.
