About the role
As Data Engineer you build the pipelines that feed both our product analytics and our model training — cleanly, safely and with privacy first.
What you'll do
- Design and run data pipelines for evaluation sets, analytics and training data.
- Build privacy-preserving tooling so we honour our promises about user data.
- Own data quality, lineage and documentation.
- Partner with research on the datasets that improve our models.
Why it matters
Better models and honest analytics both start with trustworthy data. You make that data trustworthy.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in data engineering.
- Strong Python and SQL; experience with a modern pipeline/orchestration tool.
- Solid grasp of data privacy and governance.
- You care about correctness and reproducibility.
Nice to have
- Experience preparing data for ML training.
- Familiarity with vector stores / embeddings.
